When you were little, you always had parents that would tell you right from wrong. While at school you had your teachers to guide you. While away with family you have them to guide you. When you ventured off to play with neighbor kids or friends, well this is when you started to make some decisions on your own with no guidance. Sometimes they were good and sometimes they weren't. If we listened to our intuition or gut instinct we would know that we were being guided towards our highest good (This is something adults still have trouble doing regularly but should listen more). We start to learn fear from an early age and we allow it to get stronger as we get older. You see, fear keeps us from living .... living our dreams, living our wants and living our desires. Many people get to the end of their lives wishing that they would have done many things that fear kept them from. Now I am not saying fear is not a good thing, I am just saying a lot of us allow it to control us instead of us controlling it. Ask your self instead of whats the worst thing that can happen, see what the best things are that can happen. Some people are afraid to fly and never get on planes or it takes them a long time to eventually fly. I use to be that way, then I realized all the amazing people, places and things that I was missing. Now I fly with ease. You see I have the belief that when it is our time to go there is nothing we can do to change it. I have done so many things that most people wouldn't and in fact people have told that they are living vicariously through me. LOL
Say you have an opportunity to move to a new state or even a new country. Well here comes the thought process..... how will we do this...but what happens if.... will we be happy..... everything needs to be changed ie doctors, dentists, kids are still in school and so on. You consume your mind with EVERYTHING that you feel needs to be done before you take that first step so it all seems to be very overwhelming and undesirable. Just decide to do it and take the first step. No everything isn't easy but somethings will be and you will see your true reason of why the opportunity came up to you in the first place. Maybe the kids will be better off at a new school and they will make better friends and love the different ways of being taught.
Many years ago I had the opportunity to move to Mexico and I did. Yes there was a lot to do and good and bad things happened but I do not regret ever moving there. I have picked up and moved to many different states and I am still alive. I have done it while my kids were young and still in school and my kids are amazing adults.
Another example: I have this friend who has been going through major life changes and one of them was a divorce. After the divorce it was like she was stuck but wanted more. She was worried about everything from A- to Z and not getting anywhere. I did a reading for her a few times and every time I would bring these few things up that she was guided to do a while ago but the fear of the unknown kept her from doing it. Well this last reading was an ass kicker for her. She FINALLY took that first step and literally every thing fell into place. You see you need confidence in yourself and your strength and then you can get through anything. Take that chance, that step, that desire to do the things you want and have wanted to do.
