In my teaching of Traditional Usui Reiki I teach you how to take care of yourself and heal yourself first. You can't possibly heal others until YOU heal first. What do I mean about you healing first? There are things that we bury from little on up and have never dealt with that effect our everyday life. There are negative thoughts that have been put into our minds whether they are from family, society or ourselves. After awhile we believe them and continue on with self sabotage. I can help you stop that viscious cycle. Each level of Reiki is energetically stronger so you will feel more and more empowered and free with each level. There are 3 main levels. Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and Reiki Master. There is Reiki teacher as well if you desire to teach it. Reiki is NOT a religion and has no affiliation with any religious beliefs. Reiki stands for Universal life force energy and will work no matter what your beliefs are.

In Person Reiki Healing
Reiki (ray-kee) is an ancient rediscovered natural healing technique involving the placement of hands on or near the body in order to channel energy. Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that allows everyone to tap into an unlimited supply of "life force energy" to improve health and enhance the quality of life. It can be defined as “guided life force energy”. The Reiki energy is perceived as heat or sensation that comes from the channel's hands. It is gentle and stimulates the body's own innate wisdom to cure at the cause of the problem, promoting a holistic balancing of body, mind and spirit. Because Reiki is guided by the divine power, it can never do harm. It always knows what a person needs and will adjust itself to create the effect that is appropriate for them.
